1. Introduction

Welcome to Experts Tuition! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our tutoring services. By using our platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

Experts Tuition offers tutoring for elementary, middle, and high school students, including group tutoring and one-on-one sessions. All tutoring sessions are conducted virtually, based on the schedule and topics provided by parents or school guidelines.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Scheduling: Parents or guardians are responsible for sharing the schedule and topics at least 24 hours before each tutoring session...

Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Failure to cancel in time may result in a charge for the missed session. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability may vary.

No Show Policy: If a student misses a session without prior notice, the session will be counted as completed and no refund will be issued.

4. Payment Terms

Fees: Payments are required upfront for the entire course duration (annually). Fees vary based on the student’s grade level, as listed on our Pricing Page.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds once payment is made. If you have concerns, please contact us before making a payment.

5. Discounts and Offers

Discounts are offered on sibling enrollments and successful referrals. Discounts will be applied after the referred student’s admission.

6. Student’s Individual Learning Plan (ILP)

Experts Tuition follows a customized Individual Learning Plan (ILP) for each student. We align the ILP with the school curriculum and adjust lessons based on the student’s needs, as discussed with parents. For group tutoring, we adapt the syllabus based on the majority of students’ needs to ensure the best learning experience for all.

7. Parent and Teacher Communication

Parents or guardians must provide all relevant academic materials, including the school’s curriculum, homework, and other learning resources. Regular communication between the tutor, parent, and school is encouraged.

8. Tutor Availability

While we strive to maintain a consistent schedule, Experts Tuition reserves the right to assign different tutors or adjust the schedule as necessary. In case of tutor unavailability, we will inform you in advance and offer rescheduling options.

9. Termination of Services

Experts Tuition reserves the right to terminate tutoring services for any student who violates the terms outlined in this agreement, including non-payment, disruptive behavior, or failure to follow the tutoring guidelines.

10. Liability Limitations

Experts Tuition is not responsible for any personal, academic, or financial loss resulting from the use of our services. While we aim to provide high-quality tutoring, student success depends on various factors, including effort, participation, and external learning environments.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Experts Tuition, including but not limited to worksheets, slides, and content, are the intellectual property of Experts Tuition. These materials are provided solely for educational use and should not be reproduced without prior permission.

12. Privacy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Experts Tuition reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review them regularly.
